Permanent quality control is carried out every shift by the special laboratory in our company. According to the requirements of the Legislation the Russian Federation, samples are taken from each batch of the carbon-containing materials. If analysis data are satisfying, the product is provided with the document of quality.
For the purpose of quality control we carry out the following procedures:
- every output batch is provided with quality certificate;
- the samples of the carbon-containing materials are sent to customer in branded package;
- final product is packed into flecon bags with specified moisture protection level;
- each bag is marked with the following information: manufacture date, fractional composition, number of batch and short physical-chemical note about the product.
